How to Join Lake Hiawatha Swim Club
Joining is simple. Whether you're new to the club or returning for another summer, we’ve made the process easy so you can get everything set before opening day.
2. Choose How You’d Like to Join
Pre-Season
(Before Memorial Day)
Register by Mail

Mail in your completed membership application with payment.

This option is available up to about a week before Memorial Day.

Once the season begins, you can still mail your application, but you won’t be admitted until payment is received.

We do not issue receipts for mailed payments. Your cashed check serves as confirmation
During the Season
(After Memorial Day)
Register In Person

Come to one of our Photo & Registration Days (dates in April and May) to register, take badge photos, and get passes.

After Memorial Day, we open on weekends. You can stop by during those weekend days to sign up in person.

We do not accept credit card or online payments
3. Receive your Badges & Passes
All members will receive badges for entry to the club.
You can take your photos and pick these up at a Photo & Registration Day or during weekend registration once the season begins.
Passes will only be distributed once everyone on your membership application has a photo.
You must have your passes to enter the club.
4. Returning Members/ I have my badges already
If you’ve already registered and still have your badges from last season, you’re all set.
If you need replacement badges or updated photos, please stop by and we’ll take care of it for you.
